Tatiana Simplicio's Story

It was a terrific experience. We had the opportunity to be in the same training as our supplier, so it was both a learning experience on the training and also the ways of working, the supplier constrains. It gave us such an better view what and how we can do better. It was also an opportunity to connect an create as a team and to work closely together. The instructor was also fantastic, he was able to adapt the material and the dynamic of the course to our own business case. He animate the team and make sure we progress in the right direction. At the end the whole team succeeded - which made me very proud of the achievement.
